    The trouble with these so call en bloc potential developments is that sellers are always asking at or above the en bloc prices. If you buy at their asking price, the existing owners are not going to be happy because you would be the sole objector to the en bloc sale because the en bloc price is less than what you have paid for not to mention the SSD that you are expected to pay. Be careful with such sale, do your sum.
