considering the amount of projects launched in oct, i think quite ok lah. the cm sort of "slowed down" the pte only sales. if not, would have chionged to 3000 or something liao hahahahhaha.

yes, becoz if u noticed from the list, a lot of the projects had already previously been launched and are now moving more units.
