    bro... your hdb 5yr MOP completed liow beh ??...

    and now max LTV=40% lah... better eye for cheaper resale units...
    or... go for big big EC... 4 or 5bdr dual-key penthouse type,... very shiok !!...

    Resales unit in Mt Sinai is around 1.8 to 2.4 mil SGD.

    Is there EC in Mt Sinai?

    yt i aim for d15 end up go back to d18.....no choice because of pricing..maybe u aim somewhere more affordable...
