Btw, the psf from 1050 onward and one of the common bed room can only have single bed. Further to that, the ac ledge is as big as a king size bed. Don't understand why need such a big ac ledge.

1050psf is groundfloor unit right? The psf for normal units will be higher than Luxurie. 1.2mil quantum for 1000sqft of size equals 1200psf average. The floor plans for Feista units sucks.

However, the one bedder pricing lower than what I expected.

Expect 1/2br to sell out in days

It is a total no brainer, MM + mall + MRT + sheltered cover to mall+MRT = HUAT x8

    Just came back from showroom.
    Horrible finishing.
    Bedroom laminate flooring,
    Kitchenware are cheapo Teka,
    Homogenous tiles for living,
Toilets are the old school type sink and not even simple vanity cupboard behind the minor. Toilet bowl stand alone.
    Bedroom wardrobe are lousy.
    Asking 1150psf avg

All internal can be change for a little sum of money. What cannot be change is location. 1 bedder seems like a better choice.

just come back from showflat also, sibei crowded,
i think the 3 room compact layout quite efficient for small family of 3 to 4 persons.

Think the one-bedders would be very popular, given the location next to the MRT.

But for comfortable living for bigger families, wouldn't recommend it unless its the 4 bedroom dual key and 5 bedroom units.

For finishes, Luxurie is definitely better with some units left at avg 1050psf. Mainly 2 and 2+S.

The showroom is packed like sardine... Lots of young couples.

Yup, if can afford to pay for the unit there, then just spend some money on the renovation!
