I think for many who are considering between La fiesta and Qbay will strike tonight.
This kind of surprise situations will just put buyers to the mood of purchase and many will feel it's very lucky to get their unit today!

That's just singaporean style and to be honest if I were eyeing on the project, I will be rushing down as well.
Not many can think as calm and straight as you do!

    Hi..now you are Laguna mode.

Yes. I be at the showflat buying ice-cream and enjoy the festive crowd companionship.

I am preparing to sell my in-law's 5 room flat and venture into Mt Sinai's Trizon.

The CM has open a new window of opportunity for me to enter Mt Sinai.

    Just watched TV news.
Two property experts gave contrasting views on TV.

The one from PN felt will see downward confidance spiral, market loss of confidence.
While the one from HSR felt it will only slow down price increase cos still have ample liqudity & low interest rate & strong developer financial balance sheet.

The biggest problem is you dont know what you are into whenever new CM will be introduced every few months, the last one was during Oct 2012.
