Default More people using Samsung, Iphone golden era gone?

Have attended an annual buddies gathering dinner recently and found 8 out of 9 change phone to Samsung. All of us used iphone last year and we were surprise by this development.... do you see similar trend too?

Have some Apple Inc shares and thus thinking of exist if this trend continues....

    Comments?

Apple has not been innovating since iPhone 4 and iPad 2. They only change the size of their product since then. iPhone got longer and iPad now has a smaller version.

iOS also looks dated and is now more of catching up with Android in term of features.

Some people said Apple and Steve Jobs are both gone. I do agreed to this statement to a huge extend.

Left the i camp 3 years ago mainly bcoz of ITUNES! Call me "un-savvy" but itunes suck big time.
Also didn't wanna be trapped by the vicious i strategy to tie all all isheeps down within its eco-system.
Have been a S fan since then. S3 and Note 2 - way ahead from another Galaxy!

you guys should know that smart phone's battery will always drain up very fast..

anyway, me do not use too much of media on my phone..
mostly for sms & call + simple data check

Once you start discovering the flexibility of android, there's no turning back.

I stick with iPhone only because it is more secure.

Seriously, there is no major difference between iPhone 3GS and iPhone 5.

Android/Google are different. They are really innovative.

I think it has got to do with the telcos and their promotions.
This time they seem to promote samsung more.

For me, I am loyal to android!

What do you all do with your old handphone?
For me, I just keep them, can't bear to part with them.
My first one bought in 1997 is still with me.

The IOS6 drains the battery tremendously, right?
My kids' Iphone battery also drain so fast. Sometimes one portable charger also not enough to last especially when they are out the whole day.

To me iphone is like merc, bmw etc.
Android is like economical and practical japanese/ korean car.

I started using Omnia 1, then Galaxy S and now I am on Galaxy S3 LTE.

Never use a iPhone before but I do have an iPad and I like the retina display for the tablet.

    i guess it was ..

luckily ..i was at the west coast ..
some frnds wanted to come visit and stay with me in NYC ...but they were doing Cali first ...

so i flew to Cali that very week... by the time we came back to NYC Sandy had left

    thank goodness ...

i can imagine the subway flooded ...

another frnd staying downtown ..(wall st, Battery park area) .. those are the lowest lying areas on manhattan ... worst hit ..

hes single so no problem ...those with kids ..jialat ... no water no power .. had to check into hotel in midtown ... and NYC hotels very difficult to book .. almost always fully book ..cos its a city that doesnt sleep .. many tourists
