    Does anyone have the names of all the 99 years LH condo that is more than 30 years old?

    i didn't check, but some in the east really look very old old liao... but still sell high higher and highest leh...
    1. Mandarin Garden?

    The Arcadia turning 30 next year. I think this is one of the most well preserve condo in Singapore.

    I think this is just a rumour - hard to believe that the Singapore government would allow a 30 storey building to be structurally unsound.

    It had and rectified. There is even a water tank issues some years bad where lots of people were down with diahorrea.

    just search by contruction years on propertyguru
    looking at the LH prices, i rather go for FH (if both >30yrs)

    The Plaza
    Normanton Park
    Lagoon View
    Pearl Bank
    Neptune Court
    Hillcrest Arcadia

    at the current market price, there is very little potential for LH99 enbloc. Developers would generally prefer to go for GLS instead of enbloc, unless its FH, where they could then resell them as LH.

    Reason for asking is to study the price trend of of old LH apartment

    When recession strikes, all these projects will drop significantly. It may give u huge profit when the market recovers though.
