    From 2006-2008 to 2012, land price up more than 100% at TM

    The new explosion in prices in Tanah Merah will have a positive impact on housing in Bedok and Kembangan? Kembangan houses still look relatively cheaper and closer to town, a forgotten gem with lots of freehold land near MRT. Bedok residences another benificiary?

    So since 1998, land price gone up 3x

    same as gold

    Looking at the prices developers are bidding the land, its going to be another year of increase in prices next year. So even buying any property this year is still a good decision?

    if for own stay, can still buy.
    if for investment, got to guess what will be there in 4 years:
    step onto the elevator going up or
    step into the gaping elevator shaft ?

    The question isn't whether it will come down but when it will come down. A market can stay irrational longer than you can stay liquid.
