    Pros and Cons. This one should be quieter than Sennett. 2 stations from sennett via Serangoon.

    comparison should be with BR.

    This is beside Bartley Secondary. Every school day morning will have auto alarm clock. Can join them to sing along at times too.

    BR site area 22,094sqm consist of 702 units while this site area is 20,810sqm and will consists of 868units. Individual unit will definitely be relatively smaller and thus higher PSF than BR.

    Not necessarily. It's 18 storey high while BR is 14 to 16 storey.

    BR site definitely is better than this site, so can developer sell cheaper pls

    when I finally make up my mind to buy, BR no choice unit liao, based on personal experience, I don't want to face the flyover...

    haha this question i ask before... i think last time CNUD explained...
    both lands have the same AMSL (above mean sea level), so their building height will be same.

    3.5 plot ratio, only means this plot will be more dense than BR plot.
    Also because this plot is on lower ground... so higher plot ratio

    Between the two, Sennett is far superior. More upside. Bartley Ridge is only worth considering if PSF lower than Bartley Residence. Otherwise, ditch it. Far better buys out there now. Just my two cents worth.
