The Viridian got that atas feel and is in between 2 shopping centres... 1.4k psf looks cheap and rather buy-able now. Just a few month ago the price feels quite expensive when i was looking around .

    Hi East Lover,

the rental range for a 2 bedroom over there is ard 4-4.5k/mth based on SRX. with the zhongshan TOP in the coming 3-6mths definitely the rental will increase.

if you noticed the MMs in kovan area, prices almost comparable with MM in D15 (TK). Kovan and TK, are you vested in any of these areas?

Lavender riverside will be transformed into a highend waterfront residential district in time to come. The area is slowly transforming; 1)Sport hub is under construction and moving fast, 2) A large group of business office buildings besides lavender street are also near their completion stage. 3) In addition to the "V-hotel", another hotel will be built along the rochor channel not far from Southbank. 4) The park along kallang river is linked to the Garden by the bay. When the government start the land sale in this area, it will not be cheap. as alot of monies has been invested to built up the infrastructure there. The downside is that there are many old HDB flats in this area, the renewal of which will be slow.

Have been waiting for that day to come before I let go Southbank. Hopefully before it reaches 15th year of lease.
