In this area, if not wrong, only 1 leicester is FH with good size (around 200 units), other are leasehold with good size (more than one hundred units) will be woodsville 28 and nin residence (more than hundred), coming will be the sennett (300 and above), sant ritz and another plot next to former jackson place food court. But out of these, only 1 leicseter, woodsville 28 and nin residence, their unit size is better. all new one, unit size is so small, if not wrong, majority 3 bdrm is less than 1100 sqft.

look like new benchmark for this area will be $1600 and above psf. For 18 woodsville, though is FH but most units are small in size.

You are absolutely right. Not sure why people are still buying LH facing either afternoon sun or roads at 25% higher $psf compared to FH one leicester. There is a few more opposite projects opp one leicester that are FH but mainly MM.

1 Leicester aside, personally I think Woodsville 28 and the sennett are the only 2 projects will benefit the most from this.

The largest financial investment that people usually makes is the property investment. It will be one of your biggest assets. So, there should be certain important things to consider before buying a property like adequate planning, whether it is the best location to invest or not etc..
