    * How about the condo with the most number of tennis courts.

Both D'Leedon and Interlace when completed will have 3 tennis courts (plus a basketball / multi purpose court).

    * And which condo has the most car park lots?

    C4. Longest Skygarden
    - Can be roof garden or skygarden, need not be tallest.. I guess Sky and Roof/Rooftop can be loosely used because it opens up to the sky

Can include TST when it TOPS next time.

I think interlace can fit into the bill. As for Lumos, imho it looks plain ugly more like weird becoz it's so different from artist impression

Most carpark lots can be quite debatable and hard to track, not sure what you think. Din include tennis courts becoz, most wud have 2 so tot it would make no sense to include this

    Yeps Mr Price.

Am on leave today, so decided to go to the internet and do some mini research. Omg, some of these condos are even older than u.

    Melville Park - 1232units, 6 tennis courts, TOP 1996
    The Waterside - 502units, 5 tennis courts, TOP 1993
    Mandarin Gardens - 1000units, 4 tennis courts, TOP 1986
    Bayshore Park - 1093units, 7 tennis courts, TOP 1986

Realised most of the bigger coastal projects before the 90s have more tennis courts, then gradually reduced to only 2 for those in the 200x era.

Got roof cover = GFA... Unless covered by trellis, rain come in then no GFA....

Only know of a couple of condos with indoor badminton court. Yong An Park is 1. Double as multi-purpose hall.
