MND, BCA and AVA have all confirmed moving there. That might have trigger capitaland to make the decision to move next door. And whos knows, many other developers might start to bid for commercial site around JLD, so that they can get closer to "GOD"

Government is in the process of empty out the land over at lakeside. Most of the tenants around Japanese garden road have already left and the last one standing is Fairway Club, which will be gone soon. The entire block of land around the lakeside area is huge.

When they mention edutainment theme or nature-based attractions it is understood that they are referring to some sort of theme park or similar offering.
I hope you are not thinking about getting into a pointless debate about the difference between theme attraction vs a theme park.
In the RFP for Sentosa IR, government never used the word theme park either, but we did get a theme park for Sentosa.

3. The IR on Sentosa will occupy a 49-hectare site, and yield up to 343,000 sqm in gross floor area. Ringo, I think you maybe reading too much into that.. very similar words were used for Gardens by the Bay East development, and its not going to have a theme park... so I do not think that necessarily points to a theme park development .. and even less so a casino (edutainment and casino dont go hand in hand unless erm gahmen wants to teach people how to gamble?)

And obviously you have choose to omit the words that comes before and after the words THEMED BUILDING. to make it sound like it could easily be mistaken GYTB documents as theme park.
If you want to paraphrase, why not simply pick letters from different words in the document to form the sentence
