Default Do you guys think New Upper Changi Road (Parcel B) will get triggered?

With the record price that Keppel Land paid, 500+ units of eCO sold and UV coming up, do you think this reserve site will get triggered? Within such short span of time, do you think the market can absorb this plot w another 600+ units?

Hahaha ... I was also thinking along Singland/UOL lines, cos of their thin landbank, maybe even CDL?

This area will have close to 2000 units if we add eCO, UV and Keppel land. That is excluding Optima, so if this plot is triggered, we will have close to 3000 new homes in TM!

Both are too crowded already. A lot of competition for tenants.

JB for the moment. A small wave of the rich Singaporeans/PRs are there now. Buying momentum will build up well into 2013, which should be middle part of the property boom curve. Beware of over-investing there though. Crimes are still prevalent, and $ attracts criminals.

Is there going to be expansion at TM MRT?

So many new units the platform is going to be so crowded.

Next time BD station residents have to wait for 1 more train to boad

Actually, TM mrt has a 3rd track for expo/changi airport airport bound passengers. If u are thinking that need expansion, we should look at bedok mrt when bedok residences is completed.
