    E and R Masion, referring to the same condo or joint condos with different addresses? shared facilities.

    Looks like the developers have en bloc quite a few old condos to secure this site. Probbaly about 400m from Nex

    When launching? indicative pricing?

    R & E Maisons are two different development under one developer. Both have their own facilities hence they dont share facilities.

    PSF indicative range from 1500-1600

    I drive pass this place everyday. It could be 400m from woodleigh mrt, but Nex is further say 700-800m.

    700-800m is still an understatement. this place is all the way in. near daisy suites

    evening peak hour drive through along lornie road is a killer..

    Normal travelling time by car 5-10 mins.. peak hour traffic for same distance could be 30-45mins..

    Is it really 400m from woodleigh? Need to cross a busy intersection (Bartley-Bradell and Upp Serangoon).
