There is no break out. The only game in town now is gov stimulus. All the companies will keep their result down or lower their target to keep the stimulus flowing. The CEO is not going to waste their energy or money for innovation anymore, instead they are hoarding cash. Next year will be M&A time. New IPO will not going to be well received, so less chance of a break out.

With cheap money around, the name of the game is Merger and Acquisition. Just like HP and Autonomy. An acquisition with a scent of curruption. Some of us still can remember how great japan was. That was before waves of stimulus. Now the big japan electronics losing more money than they ever made in their lifetime. Only muppet still playing in shares now.

Bro, humans are habitual creatures... US was down since 2007/8 and they turn to austerity drive... Their nature is SPENDING... Economy shows slight improvement, jobs now becoming more stable.
