    With a 4 bedder at Corals going for 10m, this project seems like cheap change....Seriously people, where does all this money come from??? I wanna know your secret!!!

    wa 10m for 4 bedder at corals? think max is less than 2m in dnest...cannot imagine that kind of money...

    Come... The 4 room in Coral is 3660 sqft.. What is the size of D'Nest 4 room? If at 1000 psf for D'Nest, it will also cost near to 4 million for that size... Also I saw it is ard 6 to 7 million.. Please advise..

    hmm true. dnest largest 4bdr is 1798sqf, and even the largest 6-bdr ph unit in dnest is 3455sqf, which is still smaller than the corals 4bdr.

    how can this project be compared with Corrals @ keppel??!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    one boasts a waterfront living, proximity to CBD while the other is buffeted by a noisy highway and light years away from town center

    but its very near to tampines so that's good for most pple.

    People, I'm not making a comparison, I'm just saying that there people out there who can afford that sum! I wish I could.

    So till then just have to continue buying Toto/4D and hoping for the best

    Yes, It's by CDL. This is its last plot of land in Pasir ris. The price I believe is between $980 and $1100.

    Nearer to MRT. The best plot. I expect there are above 900 units in this project.

    If you miss this opportunity. You have to wait a bit longer for Pasir Ris central to further development which is close to amenity, MRT, etc. By then the project will be even more expensive.

    this is getting ridiculous. every new project CDL sells, the tagline is always "closer to the MRT". how on earth are you closer to the MRT when all the developments are clumped together???!!!

    I was told TOP may be earlier than projected, so hopefully dec 2016...which is still 3.5 years later...

    I am new member in this forum. I also bought a 2-bedroom unit at D'Nest. Hope that CDL can complete the development earlier than the scheduled TOP.

    Its called "MARKETING" Agents will also tell you anything newer and a fraction of a distance nearer is worth the gold you're paying

    But personally I consider anything less than 10mins walk as "walking distance" to the MRT, 10mins at my pace

    Definitely if it's a CDL project. For D'Nest, still have to wait a looong time to see some real progress after the "crawling" construction over at The Palette has ended.

    then all these developments - lvia, NV, palette and dnest aren't within walking distance for sure.

    unless your pace means brisk walk or slow jog.

    I think the construction is done by parson brinckerhoff. Not sure whether they have started it or not.
