    I used to live next to expressway so I can confirm that D'nest is going to be very noisy. The plot where the showflat is sitting on seems to be the best location as it is nearest to the MRT.

    For those who are using the estimated distance to the MRT from property portals, do note that those are using linear distance so it is not accurate most of the time. Need to go there to physically recce to have an accurate gauge of the walking to MRT.
