MM project no security guard?

i went to view those recently TOP like suites@ eunos and realised no security guard..is it now all the MM project no security? even centra studios also don't have

No need for security if it is a small development. Just use the card system or biometric system to access.

Small projects usually don't want to spend money on hiring guards. Many just have a automated gate to ensure no trespassers. But very inconvenient for visitors because visitors got to somehow call the owner to open the automated gate and no parking for visitors Pros and cons lah. If you frequently entertain people at your home, then don't buy those small projects which inconvenience your visitors in finding parking etc. Most MMs for renting and people without cars.

I meant most smaller development will have higher MF as there are always lifts, mini lap pool, etc as there is no economy of scale. Sure lower MF without Security guards. Just install CCTV and pays a part-time retired guard who works during the day with no rating. Can even double up as gardener, plumber, etc.

yes. one of it increased even at only 2yrs... but still way below 200

If there are parking lots outside the apartment along the roadside, I think it shouldn't have problem right? Of course, provided the guests can find a lot at that time. Same for landed ppty, guests usually park along the roadside.

Better check if outside is a continuous white line. Can get summons.

It is the actual parking lot, need to put coupons, but maybe Sunday is free.
