    Congratulations to all home owners.

No. I didn't engage any specialist to check. We did it ourselves. Check every single corners, especially the flooring and walls, make sure that there is no crack. Also check the doors (including the toilet glass shower door, if any because mine cannot close properly) windows and sliding door wardrobe (if any), make sure it can close properly. Some of my plugs cannot switch on and off, so maybe can check that too. We also had some problem with the master bedroom door keyhole, can check on all the doors keyhole too.

Dig in the pool with your friends and chit chat there while enjoying the view, not a bad idea, right?

the void is actually the space between the 2 storeys by the staircase. 6.2m high. (was told by agent the height is 6.2m)

i am wondering if I can do anything with it there. Maybe build shelving? or hang a chandelier?
    BABYT...

Ya, sometimes I am just wondering, if every owners think that never mind $100 or $200 less makes no difference, rather than hold for a few months and the losses will be great, it is true in a way but isn't the rental is going down and down as the agents and tenants grab this " weaknesses" from the owners. Agents want to close the deal fast while tenants can save money.

Many made it as room rental fully furnished, 1 up 1 downstair, rent out for 1200-1300/room not bad.
If rent as simgle.unit, typical rental rate there only about 2k semi furnished.
