Centro Residences was torn down only a few months back at this exact place. By looking at the progress, most likely launch in Oct and it wldnt be cheap. Avg $1400 - $1500psf. Highest might touch $1600+psf

The land price is more expensive than that of Echelon at Redhill, and Echelon has already touched $2330psf for a one-bedder. We do the math....
