Does anyone know when is SPCA moving out? What will be the development for that area?

Notice that those vested in B Residence are rather defensive. It's human nature to feel one up and feel that one is blessed with the foresight to have made the right choice, I guess. Don't blame you guys. The reality is that in time to come, when both B Resi and B Ridge are built, there will be no discernible difference in the resale prices. Unless there are precedents and past projects that one can allude to . . . otherwise, it's plain assumption and guesswork.

Fair enough. Only time will tell. Terrain for example does not make a site particularly inferior or superior. Maybe B Ridge owners strike lucky and SPCA gives way to something really fantastic. So hard to say for now. Sure, everyone has an opinion. I think Potong Pasir is far superior to Bartley. But time willl tell.

Went to the showflat, frankly quite disappointed with the design and feel (of the showflat) I think most people who been to both b.resi and b.ridge showflat will feel b. ridge feels like the poorer cousin.

Really? I heard others saying that Bartley ridge has a better furnishing than Bartley residence.

Personally, I feel that Bartley Residence is more luxurious than Bartley Ridge. Bartley Residence is also nearer to the mrt and less crowded.

On the surface, Bartley Ridge appears cheaper with prices from $580k but do note that the price is meant for 441sqft. Using 580k for 441sqft, a 463sqft (similar to Bartley Residence size) will cost around 609k. Not exactly cheaper for the fact that Bartley Ridge is much inferior.

D'nest at pasir ris is sold at a gd $ n it is 80% sold (Avg $920-990psf). Urban Vista at tanan merah (avg $1450 - $1550psf), a better unit than D'nest only managed to clinch 43% on vvip launch.

So I believe if Bartley Ridge is launched at a genuinely cheaper price than Bartley Residence, it will be fully sold!
