    The landscape of Bartley Ridge is not completely flat. It comes with high-low ground and mini ridge-like landscaping with water features, rocks and greenery. Pretty beautiful project! Check out the Gallery section in Bartley Ridge site!

    The average indicative psf will be around $1,3xx to $1,4xx ranges subject to changes. It is just an indicative psf range for you guys as a guide.

    Bartley Ridge unit layouts are efficient and spacious in comparison with most new projects nowadays. Each unit type has got various layouts and sizes for selection choices. For Penthouse unit, master bedroom is on upper deck which makes it a better buy for penthouse lover.
