    Understand the showflat opening is on tis sat .. indicative price for 1 br is on the high 5xxK .. it works out nearly 1280 - 1300 psf ...

    If prices is $1080psf...i can hoot a 4bedder. The stack nearer to the mrt.

    If 4 bedder then stack 8 is nearest.
    Stack 7 is 3 bedder premium, from the picture.

    Can share the 1 bedder floor plans here? stack 25 and 13.

    Most have this long passageway from the main door.

    C1, D3 looks ok without the long passageway except balconcy looks big plus the screens are sliding type instead of bi-fold. Many layouts are open kitchen concept. Will this be similar as EC, all penhouses and Dk will wipe out?

    4 bedder DK unit is good.

    Small balcony
    Balcony not share with the studio so there are some privacy if rent out.
    Space for dressing table or study table in the master room

    Most FEO projects eg. Greenwich or Floridian does have it, louvered sliding or bifold, as for this case is use to block the sun.

    all the sizes look pretty sensible. not those pigeon hole type of units.

    Think it will act more as a privacy shield as most, if not all units are n-s facing. Part of the developement have 3 blks, probably distance between blks not that far apart.
