    With this pricing, I need to add in my 10% ABSD + 3% SSD....not worth investing for my case....

    Really Really disappointed with the 1 br price .. I would rather choose the one tat is near the hougang mall . Difference only less than 50 psf ..

    i thought we saw this pricing coming already given where the peer projects were selling at, including next door resale Quartz, so how can we still be disappointed when we expected it? and surely we would have calculated the potential ABSD well no?

    it surely isn't cheap but it surely isn't surprising.

    I remember urban vista cheapest 1 bedder ard same size sells at 588k, this one dare to sell from 618k. Lol
    Not sure if the price is before or after discount.

    i think i understand now, it's the 1 bedder pricing that people are objecting.

    Not so, other sizes in this project looks expensive too.
    5 bedder 1.8 mil compared to parc centros 5 bedder at 1.5mil.

    parc centros happened when things weren't as hot. parc centros 4 bedder was $1.3m and 3 bedder was $1m.

    Parc centros quoted me the cheapest 3 bedder 92sqm #02-04 for $846750 during launch last time.... too bad still overbudget.

    That unit was next to the rubbish chute.
    Another unit facing the road 3brc quoted me 860K, level 3.

    Information I gotten from the show flat:

    The price given was after VVIP discount.

    The 2 bed room showroom is very small and the open concept kitchen is bad.

    The 3 bed room and 4 bedroom are very decent...No marble use in this project..all are homo tiles and toilet using ceramic.

    The psf for this project is averagely 1150-1200. even for PH, the psf is 1200 due to all PH are pool facing and unlike other project which the bigger the unit the lower the psf.

    Kitchen are nicely done up with hiflux water sytem.

    Overall....not bad if u getting the 3-4bedder.

    2 bed room is the worse IMO.

    Pricing not cheap. Good luck

    This kind of price might as well buy La fiesta with sheltered walkway direct to mall and mrt.

    I would tink personally with tis price, I would purchase midtown comparing the 1 br quartum with jewel
    ... moreover air conditioned shopping mall is jus rite below ...

    proximity to malls aside, i do think that CDL has better quality in their product compared to LF or midtown, but I do agree the price is not cheap ...
