    Default "Completion of reinforced concrete framework of unit". What does it mean?

    Any guru here knows what the following means:

    "Completion of reinforced concrete framework of unit".

    Does it mean, the developer has built up to the level where the owner's unit is.

    It meant that the concrete frame structure consisting beams and columns are done at least to your floor.

    So is it mean that if u buy low floor u have to pay the 40% earlier than the high floor owner?

    yes. low floors also paid lower psf.
