actually i doubt the units wont be able to move. at 170 units, FH, near to Nex and Serangoon interchange i dun see the risk of selling MMs at 1.3 - 1.4kpsf in this area

I dun think discounts will happen anytime soon. For this location and freehold, a 400sf MM can easily sell for $600+k
