    ok lah. feb could be this number mah. after jan's pre and post cooling measure chionging for discount, pple take a break for CNY, shorter feb month and developers holding back launches. seems possible for feb to be 3 digit.

    yesyes, absolutely possible ... std explanation fr analyst post-event to add that Feb is short mth, but I think u've a pt about holding back launches - wat's there to buy. Also, I wonder if really still got so many 1st-timer??

    not sure what u r referring to but if simply take total avail units minus total sold = 16,304. and this is only based on projects which have obtained approval to sell.

    After seeing the discount on Dleedon and Interlace, I am sure the market is expecting some discount for SH as well.

    the cape also sold 5 at 2114psf median, high 2192psf.
    d'leedon's 2004psf is a new record (I assume its for a 635 sq ft 1+study?). even before cooling measures, no such price. must be for the highest floor bestest of the bestest 1 bedder in comparison, the low is 1243psf and that's for a regular 3 bedder! the range is too crazy.

    Is this the best valued mass market project now? 856psf median for the 49 units sold. 256 units to go.

    another 2 projects with median price < 900psf in jan is riversound (55 more units left) and ripple bay (just 26 left).
