Ya, this month is bad. Not only new sales is bad, the resale market is totally dead. Jia lat... Don't know can hit 500 units or not. CM7 is powerful.

Property agents are left with nothing to do. In desperation, they keep talking about the 6.9m figure. In utter despair, they warn that developers will be increasing prices soon. In forlorn hopes, they say foreigners will be coming in soon, flushed with cash. Pitiful. But they had a lot of good times already. They should take a breather, then come back with a vengeance again.Perhaps in the near future.
