    good buy...beachfront living...
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    Love the JLB area 'cos I used to live there. But $1500psf?! Sure or not? Wonder how this project will fare. The old plots along that stretch are all 946 years leasehold though.

    Yes bro. All 58 units have been launched at Oceanfront Suites. 15 units have been sold till date.

    went to ocean front suites showroom.

    seems like 2/3 sold from the chart.

    deceiving. when u visited, its prob 2/3 of their so-called phase 1 sold. i remember seeing their advert saying 80% of phase 1 sold after that.

    sentosa agent turned first time developer's marketing stunt.

    actual numbers:

    3 units sold in June at 1046, 1393 and 1502psf.

    total 58 units sold 16 units (including the above), 42 unsold = 72.41% UNSOLD.

    I don't think the pricing is good. The 999FH condo next door (JLB) is going for approx 1k pst. Readily available some more and TOP not too long ago. Why pay 40% more for this?
