    If you are looking for fh. Look at puteri harbour area. But most of the new launch sold out within 1 week. Left w low floor not so nice unit. Tomorrow we are sharing on a commercial in puteri harbour. Asking from rm1.3m, freehold commercial. Check out www.alphamarketingsg.com for time n location.

    Due to too many CMs in S'pore pty mkt.. Many investors/pty hunters are too bored here & have turned their attention towards Iskandar..
    Buy a FH semi-d.. At the price of a 3-4-rm HDB flat.. Cheap cheap..

    die liao, unlimited supply....dont just buy because it is cheap! once this development sold out, they will launch another one next to it, and another one next to this and.....u know by that time when u want to sell, sell to who?? they might still be launching till then...scary...
