    Kindly advise if buying a townhouse L99 yrs at 1.9m for own stay is it worth?

    To beg steal and borrow to buy then not worth it...
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    depends on what you want...1.9mil for 4000sqft e.g., better than condo for the space....less than 500psf.

    not so long ago brand new FH terrace Luxus Hills was 1.9mil . dun know how much now, maybe 2.5m ? ... phase ### already ?

    .. and what's the obsession with townhouse ? you pay maintenance, observe bylaws, etc, all the same as normal condo unit, without all the "freedom" of a landed..

    Quite true...sigh!!! But 1.9m terrace space really a problem with 8 ppl squeezing in it.. Guess need to find other alternative
