Default Why the recent launch sales is GREAT!

The launches this month have seen great result so far. Do you know why? The contributor is MRT

    1. D'Nest - Walking distance to Pasir MRT
    2. Urban Vista - Next to Tanan Merah MRT
    3. Sennett - Next to Potong Pasir MRT
    4. Bartley Ridge - Walking distance to Bartley MRT
    5. Hillion Residences - Bukit Panjang MRT
    6. Upcoming - Walking distance to Buangkok MRT

Is there a way to invest in MRT other the the stock?

Is that sales great? I know Sennett did really well... D'Nest did quite ok due to the low pricing.. As for other launch, I am not sure as I personally never visit them.. but from the figures...

D'nest not really that close to MRT. But ya, all near MRT except D'nest that is why selling like hot cakes. But MRT is really important for those without car. Tanah Merah to Bugis only 15 mins by train. 15 mins can only take a feeder bus and reach interchange for many people. And bus can be unpredictable. Even for those without car, MRT is an option to go places where car is not convenient. And lastly, rental is much higher with MRT. Even MM but got MRT also can rent out at a respectable 3.2k at suburban Optima.

Once again, if you have been to the showflats, you will know that they buying is not really hinging on MRT. MRT is certainly a big factor, but many people used to be one the sidelines saw they friends and relatives kenna kicked out of the investing opportunities with CMs after CMs.

So they are worried that by the next CM, they will also be out.

Cash rich parents/retirees who got kicked out long ago suddenly found the loophole of putting their monies with their (dont-know-will-be-filial-or-not) children. If you go showflats, it is not hard to notice that buyer profiles are trending young. Many see their chance to buy first condo as a grab-now-ah! window!

Who knows by the next CM, young people without much financial muscle will no longer be able to buy condo due to MSR.
