    Thomson Mrt Line does not even touch Balestier at all.

    Just went to the show room this afternoon the 42sqm lowest is 795k

    just back from the showroom. The developer giving 1 year free maintenance and claim 1 bedroom can rent 3500. yield of 5%. Believable?
    Not sure how many units have been sold?

    Yup that what I heard but I when asked how much the maintenance fee but the agent say that not confirm yet, I guess after they confirmed the maintennace fee sure high to offset the first year free

    Anyway nothing impress and location hidding behind the beautiful Mezzo

    11 days since launch and not sold out yet?

    pales when compared to the performance of one dusun.

    4 out of 56 units sold. ZERO sold in June.
