    Lucky the owner can get out of this.
    Most of the units are badly blocked by Zenith.

    But more critically, the maintenance is poor because most owners are investors, so most maintenance proposals are turned down.

    The glass facade is "decaying" with moisture accumulating between the double layered glass.

    I suspect maintenance cost is going to shot up drastically very soon for this.
