I think we have to look at it objectively.
The plot ration for all the 5 sites here is 2.1

yup but did the developer maximize the plot ratio for this new ec just seems really big compared to ours anyway lets hope it hots $800 plus psf for this EC so we all huat

Well, that is my original projection (if you refer to the earlier map on this thread). So if really comes true we can indeed call for a celebration!

However, upon closer look at LTA's CIL map, the line across Pasir Ris seems more like along Drive 1 as opposed to Drive 3. And Nature Society's proposal to them also doesn't affect the Pasir Ris region. How sad.

if it's there, where will the rail tracks be? acquire and tear down the entire row of private housing? dig underground while the width of the road is so narrow?
