ABSD defer payment

May I know some details for defer payment of ABSD? IRAS charges 6% interest rates, how long can be deferred?

It's refund of ABSD, not rebate.

Refund granted only when 1st property under joint name and 2nd property under joint.

Single name is NOT ELIGIBLE for any refund.

In doubt call IRAS stamp duties office.
