    it's cluny *park* road. cluny road is at the other side.

    it is selling >3k psf ! nearest to the park 3.3k, a 4bd cost 5.5mil.

    dun think this project will move. not at this CM8+ climate.

    the original condo ... I thought it had its entrance on Farrer road ..
    am I right ?

    after enbloc it now will have its entrance on Cluny Park road ?

    that short stretch from the Circus to Bkt timah road ... has 2 or 3 landed houses, an Embassy and Cluny Court ... always jam with illegal parking ..

    hows having the entrance on that side work ?

    latest caveat #03-02 1593 sq ft 3000psf $4,782,000. Can someone please tell me what is the attraction of this project?
