    Lush Acres EC thread already created (by me), so why create a new one?

    I am voicing my concern because if this is not checked, every real estate agent will be creating his / her own thread on the same property in this forum! Imagine, for example, 5 different threads on the same Lush Acres EC in this forum !!

    By the way, I am NOT an agent / I don't sell properties. And I am not against any real estate agents posting in this forum as long as they are posting useful information.

    Yesnomaybe, you should follow the rule rymccondo77 mentioned. This forum will be unruly if people do what he /she likes, to get an upper hand in marketing projects for your agency. is there a way the moderator can delete this duplicated thread?

    Suchard is reiterating a fair point - why duplicate threads.

    Actually, I (and I am sure some others too) do appreciate / value inputs and updates provided by property agents like yourself.

    What I find annoying / frustrating is multiple threads talking about the same development - rather go to one thread to get all the updates.
