    2) For those households with GST rebates, how much GST they paid?
    3) How many households that pay no income tax need to pay GST with no GST rebates?
    4) How much the top 1% households pay in GST vs the income tax and corporate tax savings they received?

From above, we know that GST rebates are just hogwash, with about 80% of all households in Singapore, mostly middle-income and lower income (minus the lowest 10% households) paying much more taxes in the form of GST while having negligible to no income tax savings!..........
Dont bull shit people u swine. no icome no rebat? Dont bullshit!

    http://www.gstvoucher.gov.sg/gstvCalculator.html

In face a person without income a retiree born in 1950 staying in a 1 room flat get $920 a year in rebate. from Voucher and cash to utilities. so dont bullshit and twist facts. u are better off going to contribute at those bullshit blog sites.

And asking how many people qualify? Pls go do ur own stats cruncing. how many people income below $26000 a year. that works out to those below the income of $2166 per mth. So dont be lazy. dont come n ask me to crunch the data for u. bloody liar.

So can u tell me how much income tax the top 1 % pay on the total income tax collected? I can tell u lazy bum. the top 5% pay 80% of all income tax collected.

CPF Life's payout is supposed to be just for basic living for basic necessities, and our ministers are saying $155,000 min sum paying $1200 per month is still not enough for 1 SINGLE PERSON!
Now you telling us that $308 per month is enough for basic necessities for 1 whole household? What hogwash!

The rich pay more GST so? Don't forget, they get 10% net tax cuts from cuts in income tax and corporate tax! I had already shown the hard facts and figures and calculations previously that they benefited tremendously from 10% tax cuts after paying 7% GST, need I say more?!

    So, stop you lies! Period!

Ok, I am not asking much, revert back to 30% income tax and corporate tax and abolish GST as in good old days, good boh? If not, why not you ask govt to put this up for a national referendum? B better still, put this as a General Election agenda, meaning vote PAP means "vote for GST going up and INCOME TAX coming down"! Let's the Singapore citizens decide and vote on it!

Well rich people like u want to sting on GST! u eat abalon n shark fin everyday dont want to pay GST! LOL

$308 a mth for a single person for necessities are more than enough. Tell me why not enough. what u spend on that are classiefed as necessites as not enough. Pls put ur $$$ where ur big fat lairing mouth is.

If $308 pm for a single person for necessities is more than enough, why your Ministers say $1200 pm CPF Life payout is not enough and hence CPF min sum must keep increasing to $155,000 and beyond?

Wow! Big deal that 1.6M Singaporans get GST vouchers! How much they get?
At the median, they seem to get $100 or $200 a year only!
How much they spend? Let's say each of them spend $1200 pm (equivalent to CPF Life annuity payout), so they need to pay GST 7% which is $84 pm or $1008 per year! Holy cow! They pay $1008 per year of GST but get back only $100 or $200 of GST rebate a year only! So this is what you mean by the lower income is better off with GST after receiving GST rebate?

    So, conclusion:
The lowest income 1.6M people pay $1008 per year of GST but only receives GST rebate a year of only $100 or $200!

GST is clearly a mean of forcing majority of mid & lower income to pay more taxes without increasing taxes of the high income & rich bosses (as a matter of fact, they enjoy income tax cuts!)
