    Sold my terrace house at S$1.82mil and preparing to semiretire in JB now....
    Wondering whether to buy over a cafe biz there.

    Thinking of taking over a cafe restaurent business. They r asking rm150k. P&L statements not very clear about monthly profits though rm3k to rm8k but they also pay partners rm8k?

    Reno quite nice, just need to audit the numbers by receccing the place perhaps. It is called The Taste (aweful name) at Austin Heights.

    Proceeds of S$1 mil hopefully can generate S$3500 a mth and with sg condo rental of S$2 k a month hopefully enough to retire. Additional income from the biz if we takeover would be welcomed.

    If Biz good why want to sell, if biz bad why want to buy. Move with care.
