    i believe this development will generally buzz up the area , with its Supermarket component going to attract other retailers.

    I hope the supermarket is a decent size. It will save my dad the journey to Kovan. He is aged 83 with replacements in both knees but still wants to take the bus to Kovan to save on the taxi fare! Lucky for him they built a BIG overhead bridge with ramp as well as stairs for him to cross Upp Paya Lebar Road. Just nice for a grandpa with stiff knees to get up and down.

    indicative pricing about 4800psf - 6200psf depending on the size. fronting. though majority around 5000-5500. with preview discounts of up to 23%,
    No absd or ssd for commercial, can sell anytime.

    If you are familiar with the area, kensington square will be definately provide much more amenities and buzz up the area. Just like myvillage or greenwich V.

    yes Giant is confirmed as the anchor tenant for supermarket. Will definately bring in the crowds for the whole landed region and its vicinity. Good potential for the commercial and residential units at kensington square once all is up and running!

    Last two days to view the showflat before the launch!

    Giant is too LC for this landed enclave.

    Tai Keng has a lot of 'old rich' staying there.

    Whatever happened to Promenade @ Pelikat where the "confirmed" supermarket didnt materialize won't happen here right?

    It is walkable to Bartley MRT. There are 2 new overhead bridges on this stretch of Upp Paya Lebar Road. And I see people taking "shortcut" to cut the corner of the Bartley Rd/Upp Paya Lebar Road junction to get to the MRT.

    That shortcut wont last long once the plot starts to build up. Isn't the shortest path via lorong how sun and down the slope?

    Does that plot belong to the condo?

    My dad says he prefers to take the bus down Upp Paya Lebar Road to the Paya Lebar MRT rather than walk to Bartley or Tai Seng. It's easier on the legs.
