    as informed by FEO customer service.

    Also colleague bought jardin was informed TOP same timeframe.

    Drove past a few times. Saw Jardin and Floridian received TOP. But both being opposite to each other, the price at Jardin is so high. Don't know why.

    Have seen both showflat. Both are nice with good quality finishing. Hope to get a unit there but price is steep. With the upcoming The Grandstand mall and MRT DTL2, it will be good for Bukit Timah I think.....FEO has good foresight and has already factored in these upcoming amenities into their prices.......

    Anyone know how many levels of commercial or residential can king Albert park be after redevelopment with a plot ratio 3?

    Basically any highest possible buildings could be done with plot ratio 3, but most of the times such buildings are restricted by height restriction

    Neighboring condos are 10 storey. Currently 2-3 storey. So could be good for this area if they build more retail shops. The beauty world malls are just too old.

    At a meeting I attended several weeks ago where FEO, China Con etc. in attendance; they were giddy that they had unloaded a few Floridian units recently. The impression I was left with, was that this has turned into a very tough sell and they were afraid of getting stuck with a lot of unsold inventory.
