Allgreen to launch River Valley condo this month

999-year project with 248 units in District 10 to be marketed at $2,100-$2,300 psf

ALLGREEN Properties Ltd is looking to launch RV Residences, a 999-year leasehold development at River Valley Road, at the end of this month.

Marketing agent DTZ said that the 248-unit project in District 10 will comprise one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, with prices likely to fall between $2,100 per square foot (psf) and $2,300 psf.

About 85 per cent of the units available will be compact units that fall below 850 square feet, said DTZ. One-bedroom homes start from 419 sq ft, while two, three and four-bedroom units are between 678 sq ft and 1,270 sq ft. Penthouses are sized between 796 sq ft and 1,539 sq ft.

Margaret Thean, DTZ's executive director of residential, said: "The wide range of apartment types coupled with a comprehensive set of facilities give RV Residences the versatility to reach out to a broad market, starting with singles looking for a compact living space, to nuclear families and all the way to extended families, who will be pleased with the spacious four-room units and penthouses."

Facilities available at the development include a rooftop sky pool with a panoramic view of the surrounding area, a massage pavilion, reading lounge and a games room.

RV Residences is also in the immediate vicinity of shopping malls such as Great World City and Valley Point.

Some established educational institutions in the area are River Valley Primary School, CHIJ (Kellock), Anglo-Chinese Junior School, the ISS International School, Overseas Family School and Chatsworth International School. Then there is the upcoming Great World MRT Station, which is expected to be ready by 2012 and will be minutes away by foot.
