A lot of really pretentious names out there.

    What is the worst one?

My vote is Cote d'Azure - or as taxi uncle call it " the one next to parkway"

More important is that the buyers are happy with with their purchase of this condo (over 90% sold)

(P.S. I am not vested in this development)

Default The recent slump in sales of new private homes could be a blessing

Commenting on the outlook for property prices, Suparman said: “I don’t believe that prices will fall, maybe (for) the resale market. But in terms of new launches, I think Singapore developers still have holding power (and) there is no reason for them to reduce prices.”

At the same time, she sees property investing as a Singaporean pastime and real estate in the city-state will continue to be valuable given their scarcity.

“I think all these just further strengthen the fact that property is a sector that people want to put money on, including foreigners,” she added.

Buyers are being drawn to more affordable and smaller units following the government’s latest property cooling measures and stricter loan rules, according to a report from DTZ.

Of the shoebox apartments sold, 52 percent or 384 units are located in the Outside Central Region (OCR). The popular projects include Bartley Ridge, D’Nest and Urban Vista. Moreover, Q2 also saw a 22 percent quarter-on-quarter increase in purchases by HDB addressees mostly buying shoebox units.

Future is looking bright for the property market here even as it takes “a course through the cycle of business”.

This is the view of the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (Redas).

After you buy the new launch, your new house will be a resale.
In the end property developer wins...new buyers got sucked.
