    Vip preview booking to start tentative mid jan so showflat will most probably be opened probably for two weekends start first week jan for invites to view.

    This is an interesting site.

    Stacks 2 and 3 are at the fork. Feng shui wise is not good.

    AMK St 13 is on higher ground. The entire land slopes downwards towards the old St Nicholas.

    The only side gate is between Blk 8 and 20. That's far from the future train entrance.

    i believe its more like sloping down from west to east , with the blocks on the right having a "sunken" feel eg for stk 20,27 , 3rd floor is about same level as the carpark road in front to it. The "panorama trail" uses the elevation to create the bridge across the pool.

    there's a few degrees swing if you observe closely enough.

    I used to stay in a house that have more afternoon sun in some month of the year. I would said the sun direction change about 10 to 15 degree.

    Should be about 23.4 degrees, similar to earth tilt.

    The area highlighted in blue is HDB high rise. Wind direction will less likely come from east. The rest are low rise in a predominantly landed properties area.

    Wheelock paid close to 800psf for this, right at the peak, before the mega CMs were announced.

    I wonder how it is going to sell. UOL's bright hill drive site was only 720psf, and it has to sell at 12-1300 psf. This one cannot be more ex than Thomson Three, can it ??

    wheelock might try to use one of its luxurious living proposition to up its price. the architecture at first glance looks so so, the roof top lifestyle offering looks interesting though.

    thomson three is arguably at a better location.

    to be "luxurious", the pre-requisite is marble flooring. and not just any marble.

    will this one give marble ? any agent can tell ? (I'm sure this detail is already available).
