What, to sell atas association with catholic high and st Nics ? See today's advert, all landed view some more ?

Psf is actually pointless, quantum will decide. 3bd 1.3mil and below. To have higher psf than 1300, a normal 3bd got to be < 1000sqft substantially.

Actually to think of it, lucky wheelock give out full marble etc, at least give it a real condo feel. The feeling of tiles and marble is really very very distinct

a condo that has no tennis court to me is a cop out. But i suppose the mass market upgraders can accept.

Even if there is 1 tennis court, but if there are >200 units in the estate, enough/got chance to use mah? Isn't this the difference between mass market condo and premium condo?

So people don't play tennis as sports any more? Or it is not popular anymore because nowsadays their condos don't have tennis court to begin with? I feel the latter is more like it.

the one bedder layout look good. I like the idea of having the the aircon ledge at the bathroom. easily accessible, can even put some non essential stuff like broom or mops there.

only 4 bedder and larger units has got helpers room, and they are "en suite"

From the look of it, the price should be around $1450 average. The floor plan is good and the pictures have the luxury and classy feel.

Do note that the stove is directly facing the bedroom door for some of the 1 bedders. This is considered bad fengshui.

its good size because there are no utility or HS at in kitchen.

So if you going to have a live in helper, you will need to set aside a room

not sure if they use "normal sized furnitures" in the floorplans and actual showflat. The way they displaying it seems to give an impression that there's lots of space but we all know 1400sqft for 5bedroom isnt really big...

At least they did away with planterbox, bay windows. Just a superbig balcony and multiple AC ledge...

Dropped by just now. Lots of ppl, but not exactly crowded, definitely less crowded than thomson 3 or sky vue.

Yes indeed have marbles all around. Not bad. Fittings are branded, hansgrohe etc, but lower range if you know the details. Small kitchen, small room, as expected nowadays. The marble and timber floors do give it a luxury feel, well done wheelock. It tried its best to give functional layout, no strange corners. The balcony is big, but at least with a purpose, big enough to put a set of table, with nice glass parapet and stainless steel handrails, looks nice.

Price, all indicating 1400 to 1600 psf "neither as the min nor max". I guess wheelock has to see response then set the px.

Btw maintenance is low for larger units: 4bd and 5bd has the same 3## maintenance charge as 3bd.

There are many other better options in the 1400 to 1600psf price range.
They should price it similar to thomson 3 to be competitive.

Agree. for instance, Dleedon - it is possible to buy a low floor unit at around 1400psf.

Dleedon while has 1715 units... the land area is 800,000sq ft ......Panaroma is 200,000sq ft... and Dleedon facilities are unmatched... MRT at doorstep.
