    I saw that there was a new sale flat going up along AMK Ave 8 (where Centro Residence sale flat was) with the name The Panorama.

    Did some googling, and saw that it was Wheelock's new development at AMK Ave 2.

    Looks like D20 will be hot again with this launch as well as the thomson and bishan ones.

    Indeed, so many new developments. Can the market stomach them?

    Anyone know the est launch date?
    For $789.89 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), wonder what will be their selling price. Any predication?

    It's located opp St Nicholas' Girls. I feel that it has potential with the Thomson Line's Mayflower station close by.

    The only issue is that this plot of land is sunken below the road level of Ang Mo Kio Street 13

    This one will be interesting, wheelock hasn't launched a project in a while and they'll probably be eager to make sure they get some good publicity given what's happening at the sea view now. I'll be interested to see how panaromic their prices will be.

    Seems like the show flat is on the same plot of land where Centro Residence used to build their show flat.. Initially I thought they gonna build the actual site near AMK Central near Centro residence but then realized the actual site is near Mayflower which is actually quite far...

    Wah, almost 700 units or easily 2000 people in that small plot of land. Super crowded. The narrow two way one lane each road in front of StNic how to take the traffic?

    the entrance should be along ang mo kio ave 2.

    Yes it should be along amk ave 2, soon we can get confirmation once the developer releases the finalized plans hopefully by next week.

    Given not every household drives, low density landed which traffic is mostly served by Thomson Hills and Sembawang Hills Roads to enter the clusters, and with the bus services and future Mayflower MRT facilities, the traffic should be still manageable.

    Wonder will they level up the land to be similar height to the junction of st 13 and ave 2? Or will it be sunken as it is now?

    I don't think the land will be level up, it will be sunken.
    If they level up they may encounter additional problem of bring equipments or machines into the site as the ground level are different.
