    Yes indeed it is a lot of projects there. But how many good projects are there? this is the real question! there are a lot of projects are selling with even 200 RM psf. But yet it will remain the same for the future.

    Buy the value not the cheap one that's makes the difference! Warren Buffet once quoted "I never buy cheap stocks, but I buy value stocks and don't mind paying premium on it"

    Was commenting on Puteri Harbour the location, not any specific project.

    It's freehold, next to the International and Private marina, and right next to the CIQ ferry terminal (ferries already ply to Batam, the ferry to Harbourfront is pending approval from SG authorities). A few minutes drive to Gleneagles Medini (opening in 2015) and the future wellness village in Medini.

    P.S. Early buyers of the first launch Imperia paid 6xx PSF, compared to current 13xx PSF for Puteri Cove. But the location for Puteri Cove is better, right next to the marina.
