    Default no quantum no talk

    wif tdsr & CMs, there r lesser buyers available on the market each day.
    many ppl feel tat developers will cont'd to bid high to secure lands.
    liddat how to sell at an affordable price?
    sqft has alrdy shrank until not very liveable size, cannot shrink anymore.

    if interest rates start to rise & developers cannot clear stocks, do u foreseen them to crash b4 the ppty market crash?

    Most developers are big players...they can afford to wait to clear stocks. With limited land in sg, price is unlikely to crash. Alrdy gov is tinkering the idea of building underground.....
